Departmental Billing May 2010 -April 2010

Over the course of the last year in the House, I have asked each government department their payment rate of invoices for small and middle sized enterprises and whether they adhere to the new cross Government target that required Departments to pay at least 80% of valid invoices within five working days.  A summary of the answers to my written questions are below in a table:
